We won the elections!
It still feels a bit unreal that we won. Can it really be true? Yes, it is. The centre-right coalition – or should I call them centre-centre since three of the parties claim to be liberal – they won the elections and Sweden has a new, more liberal, government.
According to the party secretary of the Socialdemocrats this would be called a Coup d’Etat – according to modern political science it’s called a democratic election. For the third time in 74 years (since 1932, sic!) Sweden has a non-socialist government. And it´s worth celebrating! Check out the results here.
